Warehouses

There are warehouses of the following types: main, wholesale, and retail ones (shops). The warehouses, as well as the distributors, can be structured as a hierarchy. The main warehouse forms the catalogue, manages the wholesale warehouses, releases goods to the wholesale warehouses, and views all statistics on the main warehouse and all inferior ones.

The wholesale warehouse releases goods to the retail warehouses (shops), manages them, views all statistics on the wholesale warehouse and inferior ones.

The retail warehouse (shop) works with the distributor, releases goods to the above or takes the goods returned. It views its statistics and arranges the reports.

Each of the warehouses can release goods for money or on credit. At every stage of warehouse operation, provided the operation is accomplished successfully, the invoice is printed. At every instant of time all statistics on the goods availability, debtors (creditors), goods returned is being displayed.

Distributor

A separate web interface has been developed for distributors to work with their network. The personal office features 2 safety levels: the first step of authorization is printing the login and password, the second step is answering the own secret question of the distributor. The user himself/herself defines the secret question and the answer thereto.

 

The personal office allows the multi-level marketing distributor to do the following:

  1. View all his/her network in the form of the tree;
